Inquisited is seeking a detail-oriented and creative team member for day to day production assistance. This job is a hands-on role that combines print production with project organization skills.

10-30 hrs per week, schedule dependent

2-4 days per week, schedule dependent

This is an on site role in Duvall, WA, with occasional ability to bring home work to be completed off site.

Inquisited is a stationery design studio located in the eastside of greater Seattle. Inquisited specializes in high end paper design, with a focus primarily on wedding goods such as wedding invitations, save the dates, and day-of wedding items such as menus, signage, and guest gifting. Our production assistants will work with our owner and lead designer to ensure that client projects are running smoothly through delivery, and that our studio is organized and in order.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production of client projects such as printing, assembly, machinery operation, unpacking deliveries and organizing materials

• Organize and maintain timelines for client projects

• Prep files to be print ready

• Maintain orderly production environment

• Maintain flow of production & supplies

• Proof read and quality check finished work

• Pack finished products

• Mail out invitations and complete post office/shipment drops

• Light social media work, such as updating Pinterest with new client images, capturing behind the scenes video of production work, and styling finished products for photography

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe suite products (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) is strongly preferred

• Knowledge of print production (letterpress, digital printing, foil printing, laser cutting, offset etc) is strongly preferred

• Ability to handle tight deadline-driven projects

• Ability to problem solve and offer creative solutions to print and design challenges

• Strong attention to detail and desire to achieve perfection in finished products

• Openness to learning new skills and perfecting them

• Openness to receiving feedback

• Strong sense of self motivation

• A love of beautiful print design

Compensation

• Hourly rate will be determined by experience (ranging from $20 - $25/hr)
