THE inquiry PROCESS
To begin the inquiry process, either complete the inquiry form located at the page below, or send along an email with your event planner attached to discuss the big picture- your event date, investment, guest count, and any inspiration you have for your stationery.
Sakshi will set up a call with you and/or your wedding planner to chat through (and dream through) the vision, the needs for the event, and anything she may need to know in order to craft you a custom proposal.
The custom proposal will outline the anticipated stationery budget, give a high level overview of the style and print methods that we will be bringing into the suite, as well as provide a contract and retainer payment to secure your project on the inquisited calendar.
Then comes the fun part.
The design process
Phase 1: concept design
We start with a longer consultation call with you and/or your planner to chat through all the little details for the event, and if there is anything particular you'd like me to include in your stationery or branding. This can be meaningful motifs, playful ideas, must-haves or definitely-nots. We take extensive notes at this consultation to bring you our Concept Design.
The Concept Design is a detailed pdf that outlines our inspiration for your stationery & branding, key design details, material options, and a sketch of what we envision your finished suite to look like. The concept design also includes a detailed pricing breakdown of our ideas so you can feel confident that you are getting the absolute best quality materials and printing. We can make as many adjustments as necessary at the concept design phase until you are completely confident in the direction of the design.
PHASE 3: production
Once the invitation proofs have been fully approved, we begin immediately working to bring them to life. At this point, all your work is done! We take care of printing, assembly, addressing and mailing on your behalf so that guests can receive their invitations quickly and without any burden to you. We also offer the option to add invitation tracking in mailers so that we know exactly where all the invitations are at any given time.
PHASE 2: PROOFING
Here we turn our concept design into fully-realized pieces of art, incorporating your invitation text and print effects with a 3D photoshop model so that you can see exactly what your invitations will look like once printed. At this phase, we also offer unlimited edits to text, color, and small details, refining what we discussed at the concept design phase until it is perfect and print-ready.
